Construction is underway of a new multi-unit scheme being delivered by Stoford Developments at a 12-acre site in Wednesfield Way, Wolverhampton know as Pantheon Park.
The scheme comprises three high quality units of 30,000sqft, 59,580sqft and 133,000sqft each with integral offices, parking provisions and service yards with institutional dock and level access loading doors.
UMC Architects were appointed by Stoford Developments to prepare the initial feasibility masterplans before supporting the preparation of a successful detailed planning consent. UMC Architects have also been novated to Main Contractor A&H Construction for the detailed design phases of the scheme, with completion proposed for February 2020.
Pantheon Park is situated in a prime industrial and logistics location just 2 miles from Wolverhampton city centre and benefits from its close proximity to the M6 Toll, M5, M54 and M42 motorways.
