The new manufacturing sector project for technology company Eleather who manufacturer high-technology composition leather for rail and aviation companies worldwide has been successfully handed over a week earlier than scheduled.
The project is the latest scheme at the 240acre Gateway Peterborough development, which lies to the south of the city.
The new facility offers 230,000sqft of production space with a clear internal height of 12.5m. The scheme also includes 20,000sqft of 3-storey HQ offices.
After successfully securing planning consent, UMC Architects were appointed as lead designers for the detailed design phases working alongside Winvic Construction as well as coordinating the fit out design directly with the End User
The unit was delivered ahead of schedule and within budget.
