Recognising Emerging Talent: James Banham’s Promotion

We’re delighted to announce the promotion of James Banham to Architectural Technologist, following the successful completion of his BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology.

James has consistently demonstrated a strong technical understanding and a collaborative mindset. Working closely with Gary Hauton and Adam Stephenson, he has played an integral role across a number of projects, including multi-unit industrial schemes at Hinckley Park, end user developments, and complex refurbishment works.

His growth and contribution at UMC have been outstanding, and this promotion reflects the value he brings to both our team and our clients.
