New-build 336,000sq.ft speculative logistics building completed at Andover Commercial Park
UMC Architects were appointed by Goodman UK Logistics in late 2014, for the design of this new facility, which provides a high-quality speculative offering to the market. Winvic Construction were awarded the building contract and worked closely with the design team to deliver within time and budget.
The facility provides 315,000sq.ft of warehouse space, built to 15m clear internal height, with ancillary main offices and transport offices. Externally, a 55m service yard facilitates access to 30 x loading docks, 4 x level access doors and 58 x HGV parking bays.
