UMC Architects were appointed by Roxhill Developments for the design of the new 24 hour foodstore, which represents the first building on the Warth Park mixed-use roadside development.

The scheme was successfully negotiated through planning and subsequently built by Warwick Burt Construction, with UMC novated as design team leaders and BIM co-ordinators for the detailed design.

The scheme has been designed to achieve a minimum BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and includes a petrol filling station, jet wash, customer car park and associated landscaping. The building opened its doors to the public in late April 2017, on time and within budget.
