Crossways Commercial Park is a strategic logistics development situated adjacent to Junction 1a of the M25 (Dartford Crossing) benefiting from access to London and the national motorway network.

Having been initially appointed by Goodman for masterplanning of the 26.8 acres site, UMC Architects assisted with the submission of a successful planning application for 3 new speculative units offering footprints of 101,205sqft, 137,365sqft and 238,800sqft respectively.

UMC Architects have worked closely with Goodman on recent developments to produce an enhanced aesthetic facade incorporating carbon neutral cladding and will again be implementing the design approach on this latest scheme.

The units will also be designed in accordance with Goodman’s framework of sustainability initiatives including a minimum EPC rating of ‘A’ and a BREEAM rating of very good and comprise EVC charging points, rainwater harvesting and solar thermal heating.

UMC Architects supported Main Contractor Readie Construction through the delivery of the first phase of development which was completed in Spring 2021.
