Omega Point, a 4.67 acre plot on the Northern side of Omega Park Warrington, fronting the adjacent M62 motorway was acquired by Brackley Property Developments who developed a new 88,200sqft speculative unit.

The facility includes an inboard first floor office of 4,409sqft with the opportunity to fit out the warehouse under-croft beneath. The unit offers a flexible warehouse space which benefits from a clear internal height of 12m.

Externally, the scheme includes a 45m service yard with 8 dock loading doors and 2 level access doors as well as 115 car parking spaces.

UMC Architects were appointed by Brackley Property Developments to prepare the shell and core design for the developer as well as undertaking the Principal Designer role and subsequently novated to support Stepnell Ltd who were the Main Contractor for the project.
