A new multi-unit scheme has been delivered by Stoford Developments at a 12-acre site in Wednesfield Way, Wolverhampton known as Pantheon Park.
The scheme comprises three high quality units of 30,132sqft, 83,466sqft and 133,392sqft, each with integral offices, parking provisions and service yards with institutional dock and level access loading doors.
UMC Architects were appointed by Stoford Developments to prepare the initial feasibility masterplans before supporting the preparation of a successful detailed planning consent. UMC Architects were then novated to Main Contractor A&H Construction for the detailed design phases of the scheme, which was handed over in May 2020.
