A new multi-unit scheme is being delivered by Stoford Developments at a 12-acre site in Wednesfield Way, Wolverhampton know as Pantheon Park.

UMC Architects were appointed by Stoford Developments to prepare the initial feasibility masterplans before supporting the preparation of a successful detailed planning consent. UMC Architects have also been novated to Main Contractor A&H Construction for the detailed design phases of the scheme, with completion proposed for the Early of 2020.
