A new multi-unit scheme is being delivered by Stoford Developments and Bridges Fund Management at an 18-acre site in Wednesfield Way, Wolverhampton know as Pantheon Park.

The scheme comprises four high quality units of 30,000sqft, 59,580sqft, 73,431sqft and 82,850sqft, each with integral offices, parking provisions and service yards with institutional dock and level access loading doors.

UMC Architects were appointed by Stoford Developments to prepare the initial feasibility masterplans before supporting the preparation of a successful detailed planning consent. UMC Architects have also been novated to Main Contractor Benniman Construction for the detailed design phases of the scheme, with completion proposed for the end of 2019.

Pantheon Park is situated in a prime industrial and logistics location just 2 miles from Wolverhampton city centre and benefits from its close proximity to the M6 Toll, M5, M54 and M42 motorways.
