The Proxima Park scheme is a joint venture between La Salle Investment Management and Equation Properties and comprises a new high specification multi-unit industrial and distribution development totalling 445,000sqft.

Located in the established industrial distribution of Berewood, Waterlooville, the site is located only 2miles from the A3(M), the UK’s main route between London and the Solent region.

Built to the highest specification, the first phase offers a variety of units from 3,000sqft to 20,000sqft.

UMC Architects were appointed to carry out the initial feasibility masterplans before commencing with the detailed design of Phase 1 which was handed over in May 2020. The units which achieve an EPC ‘A’ & BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating were constructed by MCS Group and offer footprints from 3-20,000sqft. UMC Architects were also responsible for the detailed design of the first pre-let unit for Coopers Fire with the 45,000sqft unit handed over in March 2020.
