Phase 2 at Warth Park is a strategic logistics development site adjacent to the A45 in Raunds, Northamptonshire. UMC Architects have been responsible for the masterplanning of the 80 acres site having been appointed by Roxhill Developments, as well as the detailed design of reserved matters consents for new bespoke pre-lets for GeoPost (45,000sqft), AirWair (130,000sqft), DSV (411,330sqft) and Howdens Joinery (670,000sqft). In addition, UMC Architects have masterplanned the mixed used roadside plots at the front of the scheme and in April 2017 completed the detailed design of a new ASDA retail unit.
