A development masterplan covering 90 acres, Worcester 6, formerley known as Worcester Technology Park at Junction 6 of the M5 has planning consent for up to 1.5million sqft of B1, B2 and B8 uses. UMC Architects have been appointed by Stoford Developments as mastserplanners for the scheme as well as the delivery of the detailed design pre-lets for the 140,000sqft Unit 10A for Kimal, 72,500sqft Unit 2b for Spire Healthcare as well as 45,383sqft and 163,170sqft speculative units on Plot 1a and 1b respectively. The scheme responds to the landscape context by incorporating varying facade textures and utilising a mixture of profiled, micro ribbed and timber cladding.
