The prestigious 3-storey building is located adjacent to the M5 motorway, at Vertex Park, Emersons Green Bristol. The occupiers were keen to reflect their corporate aspirations through the scheme, so UMC co-ordinated a bespoke design of the envelope and full interior.
Midas Construction were appointed for the delivery of the new development with UMC providing the detailed design through to completion.
