Phase 1 of the masterplan which comprised the speculative development of units 3, 4 and 5 each offering footprints of 103,341sqft, 30,465sqft & 47,330sqft respectively was handed over in Q1 2019. Leases have now been agreed for L3 Harris, Workstories and Larson Juhl to take occupation. The remaining plots 1 and 2 offer build to suit opportunities ranging from 164,00sqft to 348,000sqft in single building arrangement.
