Centric 341, Andover
UMC Architects were appointed by Goodman UK Logistics in late 2014 for the design of a new speculative 341,871sqft logistics facility at Andover Commercial Park. The scheme was successfully negotiated through planning and subsequently built by Winvic Construction with UMC novated for the detailed design.
