UMC’s first project with Ocado was to provide architectural design and delivery services for their new ‘CFC’ at Symmetry Park on the outskirts of Bicester.

Service
The existing warehouse was fully fitted out to suit Ocado’s operational and state of the art technological requirements, as well as a full fit-out of the base build office space to provide a solution to Ocado’s administrative needs. The existing service yard was extended to accommodate a number of ancillary buildings which are key to the smooth running of the facility.
The facility went live in summer 2022.
