Having been based in Peterborough since opening its UK headquarters in the city in 1978, the new building ensures Coloplast UK is able to service all of its customers directly from the UK, allowing the company to keep more product lines in stock, improve capacity to fulfil orders on the same day and reduce lead times on orders.
The scheme represents the latest building project at the Gateway Development, following the completion of facilities for Kingsley Beverages, Smart Garden, DSV and Eleather. UMC Architects supported Winvic Construction throughout the detailed design and construction phases of the project which included the fit out design of the warehouse space as well as the main office and welfare facilities.
