Connexion II is the second phase of the Blythe Valley Park logistics scheme. Situated in a prominent location adjacent to the main entrance to the development, Blyth Valley Park is 2 minutes from J4 of the M4 and forms part of a 122 acre country park. The new campus development is made up of 3 units measuring 25,000, 42,000 and 50,000 sq ft respectively.

Finished to a high standard, achieving BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating, the units offer a clear height of 10m to eaves and are equipped with solar PV’s and 10-15% roof lights. Air-source heat pump heating/cooling are also installed to aid in the reduction of energy consumption.

Externally, the units include self-contained yards as well as EV charging points.

Certified as Net Zero in Construction, Occupiers were secured on two of the units ahead of practical completion with local company Reeley Ltd, one of the UK’s leading specialists in lifts, escalators and stairlift components and Solotech UK Group Ltd, a global leader in AV entertainment and technology, signing pre-let leases.

UMC Architects were appointed by IM Properties/Frasers Property and worked alongside Main Contractor Glencar Construction Ltd.
