UMC were appointed by Stoford Properties to design the facility, which includes 46,500sqft of corporate office space in addition to a complex arrangement of controlled environments for production, process and testing. The architectural role involved working closely with the occupier to incorporate their detailed requirements and also to consider their wider corporate aspirations.
UMC worked alongside contractor Vinci to deliver the detailed design of the facility, which was successfully completed on time and within strict budgetary constraints.
