Sustainability is at the core of the design which will target a BREEAM “Excellent” rating as well as an EPC A+. The building was delivered as Net Zero in Construction and ‘ready’ for Net Zero in operation enabling future occupiers to reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs even further.

Further important sustainability measures have been put into place on the roof where 7,470 sq ft of on site PVs will be capable of providing up to 127kWh of additional power. In addition, the roof space above the offices is green with the site itself benefitting from outside seating and breakout areas.
