The project brief was to provide a flexible design framework to accommodate a variety of bespoke End User requirements including the phase 1 construction of 2 new terrace units for DFS and Cooks Delight.

In May 2018 Main Contractor Readie Construction completed the phase 2 construction of 3 highly specified units offering footprints of 23,000sqft, 40,000sqft and 80,500sqft. A Pre-let has been secured for Unit 3.

The scheme was successfully negotiated through planning with UMC novated for the detailed design.
