As design team leaders, UMC Architects are working with Benniman Construction to deliver the three buildings before the end of the year, allowing John Lewis to take occupation in the run-up to their busiest period.
With a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ status, an EPC ‘A’ rating and a co-ordinated BIM model, the building is designed to support the retailer’s growth in online sales.
