Having initially been appointed as feasibility master planners of the 45 acre site, UMC Architects have provided the Lead Consultant role from feasibility through to the onsite role with the Main Contractors. Also, acting as planning agents, from initial discussions with the Local Authority through to the successful applications.
The third and final phase provides a total of 301,000sqft over four new speculative industrial units to provide a combined total of 706,500sqft, distributed across eight units over the three phases.
UMC Architects supported the main contractor Winvic Construction through the onsite delivery of the final phase.
