Mercia 51 is situated on Plot 7 at Mercia Park and forms the final part of a development that includes a campus of buildings for third party logistics company DSV as well as Jaguar Landrover’s 2.94million sq ft global parts logistics hub, all of which were previously designed by UMC Architects.

The three sites combine to provide a total of 3.5m sq ft of manufacturing and logistics space across the Mercia Park development which is located just off junction 11 of the M42.

The unit aligns with the positive sustainability initiatives applied across the Mercia Park development achieving a BREEAM status of “Excellent” as well as Net Zero in construction.

The building features a clear internal warehouse height of 12.5 m to eaves, 4 dock levellers, 2 level access doors, 10 HGV parking spaces, 50 car parking spaces, 8 electric car charging points, and 12 cycle spaces.
