UMC Architects were appointed by Stoford Developments to prepare the initial feasibility masterplans before supporting the preparation of a successful detailed planning consent. UMC Architects were then novated to Main Contractor A&H Construction for the detailed design phases of the scheme, which was handed over in May 2020.
