Achieving a BREEAM rating of Very Good, internal space is designed to offer a clear internal height of 10m whilst externally car parking is allocated to each unit in addition to a centralised overflow car park.
UMC Architects were appointed by Mirastar to carry out the initial feasibility masterplans before assisting Main Contractor Readie Construction with the detailed design of Phase 1. Practical Completion was reached in December 2021.
UMC Architects are also responsible for the master planning of the further development phases on the residual balance of land.
