The scheme includes three detached speculative industrial and warehouse units with ancillary offices. The elevational treatment of each building is co-ordinated to provide a coherent identity in terms of materiality and colour palette.

The scheme also responds to its locality within the national forest via the inclusion of timber cladding to the principal corporate office elevation, which provides a natural texture to the façade whilst strengthening the identity of the park.

UMC Architects were appointed by Equation Properties and Nurton Developments to provide the initial designs for the planning and tender packages and were later novated to support Readie Construction Ltd who are the Main Contractor for the project.
