Measuring 8.81 acres and 6.67 respectively the first two plots have been designed to each accommodate a single speculatively built logistics unit offering footprints of 208,000 sq ft and 143,000 sq ft. A smaller located at the site entrance measuring 1.58 acres in size is divided into 3 with units of 10,000, 7,000 and 5000 sq ft.
