Located on the junction of the M6 with the A500, Panattoni Park Crewe has secured planning approval for 1.8 million sq ft of industrial development. Phase 1 consists of 3 plots. Measuring 8.81 acres and 6.67 respectively the first two plots have been designed to each accommodate a single speculatively built logistics unit offering footprints of 208,000 sq ft and 143,000 sq ft.  A smaller located at the site entrance measuring 1.58 acres in size is divided into 3 with units of 10,000, 7,000 and 5000 sq ft.

Built to a standard of BREEAM “Excellent”, energy efficiency and reduced operating costs are at the core of the building specification. Some of the sustainability features include EV charging points, rainwater harvesting and water saving taps/WCs.  The roofs benefit from PV’s and 15% roof lights to contribute to a reduction in artificial lighting.
