The scheme comprises the refurbishment of the single storey Block B and two storey Block C which also has a communal corridor running along the spine. The project involved the stripping out of the existing facilities enabling a programme of refurbishment targeting the delivery of a space capable of accommodating potential trade counter, dark kitchens, last mile logistics to SME’s Occupiers.  The majority of the units in Block B are approx. 117 sqm with a new accessible WC and tea point.
