PR2 Ryder Site

PR2 is the second site on Park Royal London following PR1 which was also designed by UMC Architects. The unit is an ultra-sustainable warehouse redeveloped on a net zero carbon basis. Key sustainability elements include fully equipped car and delivery van EV charging points with additional capacity to expand for future requirements and biodiverse landscaping and rainwater harvesting.

Many of the businesses at Park Royal are linked to the food, film, logistics and creative industries. The aim of this building is to offer 25% more cubic capacity encapsulated in a modern energy efficient unit that emphasizes employee wellbeing through the use of natural daylight, air conditioning, and bicycle storage.
