Plot 4B is part of the ongoing development of the wider Kettering Gateway Masterplan for Segro Developments. Project Tesla involves the design and construction of a £46m 620,000sqft bespoke production facility, including manufacturing, office and storage floor space for Ball Corporation.
Within the unit, six can manufacturing lines have been installed along with technical and engineering maintenance spaces to facilitate the production of aluminium cans for use within the drinks industry.
The project includes complex foundation design, manufacturing fit out and technical room fit outs with careful attention paid to the acoustic and vibration isolation of the occupiers offices from the manufacturing processes.
