The property owner Logicor Europe commissioned UMC Architects to rationalise the irregular footprint in accordance with a future lease opportunity.
UMC Architects evaluated the existing building, generated scheme ideas, gained planning permission and worked with VolkerFitzpatrick to deliver the taller, larger more efficient building on programme.
