Having been responsible for the masterplanning of the overall development, UMC Architects were appointed for the detailed design of the first unit which was built on a speculative basis.

UMC worked alongside contractor Readie Construction to deliver the detailed design of the facility, which was successfully completed on time and within strict budgetary constraints.
