Part of the project involved raising the minimum internal clear height raising from 8m to 12.5m. The site offers 7 ground level loading doors and 16 dock level doors, 46 car parking spaces and 15 van/LGV parking spaces with EV charging. ESG credentials are offered via LED lighting throughout the offices, 15% roof lights, and PV Cells on the roof.
UMC Architects were novated to assist Magrock Construction in the delivery of the detailed design and the unit was handed over in December 2022.
