UMC Architects were appointed by Stoford Developments as masterplanners for the scheme as well as the delivery of the detailed design pre-lets for the 140,000sqft Unit 10A for Kimal, 72,500sqft Unit 2b for Spire Healthcare as well as 45,383sqft and 163,170sqft speculative units on Plot 1a and 1b respectively.

The scheme responds to the landscape context by incorporating varying façade textures and utilising a mixture of profiled, micro ribbed and timber cladding.
