The development achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ status and offers 47 car parking spaces (including EV charging provision) and 30 secure cycle parking spaces.
A one-way access system has been implemented at the request of the Highways Authority to ensure that impact on the busy Ealing Road is minimised. This was carefully co-ordinated with the retaining wall design to ensure that compliant widths for fire service access are provided.
UMC Architects were appointed to deliver the initial concept feasibility, planning and tender support before being novated to Readie Construction Ltd for the construction phase.
