The Practice is committed to quality assurance as detailed within this manual, to the mutual benefit of clients and the practice.

The Practice Quality System meets or exceeds the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001

The maintenance of quality is the duty of all staff and each is responsible for implementing the quality procedures within their scope of operation.

The Quality Manager reporting to the Quality Director ensures that the practice Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained and that improvements to the system and service are continually sought and implemented.

Detail policy, objectives and improvements are reviewed at least annually and the results are recorded in the management review meetings.

Quality Policy Statement

The Policy Statement is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management.

Our Company Quality Management System aims to:

  • Ensure, insofar as is possible, that we provide a consistent, competitive and professional service which is focused on our clients, suppliers and colleagues within the industry.
  • Embrace quality management procedures and adopt principles of ‘best practice’ as an integral part of our company ethos.

  • Ensure that we maintain a high quality of deliverables on all of our projects at all times by adopting appropriate checking, reviewing and auditing procedures both internally and by external accredited organisations.
  • Encourage all our staff to strive to create and maintain a professional work environment and to improve their skills wherever possible.
  • Ensure that we consult with all of our employees on matters affecting their health, safety and wellbeing and endeavor to prevent accidents and cases of work related ill health.
  • Review and revise this policy statement at regular intervals.
