UMC Architects’ Manchester Office has re-located to new premises on King Street, situated in the heart of the city.
Built in 1870, the building is a splendid example of Victorian Gothic architecture. Formerly the home of the Manchester Reform Club, its balcony was used to address the people of Manchester by the politicians of the day.
Today, the building has been re-designed to make the most of the generous floor to ceiling heights and provides spacious facilities for meetings and collaboration within the open plan office areas. This serves as the ideal setting for UMC Architects Manchester.
Being situated in the heart of Manchester City centre, close to Deansgate, Piccadilly and Victoria Stations, allows UMC Architects to engage with clients and professionals in the city, whilst benefiting from good connections for wider travel.
Having a presence in Manchester underpins UMC’s commitment to serve the North West industrial market and allow us to provide our clients with the best possible service.
Under the guidance of Associate Director Dean Butler, the move allows for growth of the office, with ample room for expansion of the increasingly busy Manchester team.
