The scheme offers a range of units built to an institutional specification from 7,707sqft to 59,987sqft with clear internal heights ranging from 8-12metres. Each unit benefits from level entry loading doors and suitably sized loading yards and car parking provision. Unit 4 also includes dock loading doors.
UMC Architects were appointed to provide the initial feasibility designs for the speculative scheme on the 9.00acres site.
